We explore various processing techniques - from extended fermentation to slow drying under carefully controlled temperatures - to encourage healthy microbial activity. This approach brings out unique and complex flavor profiles in the final cup. Alongside this, our Renaissance Series celebrates the revival of traditional coffee practices, focusing on preserving heritage methods while enhancing quality and consistency. Together, these series represent our commitment to innovation and respect for the roots of coffee cultivation.
