In our Experimental Series, we primarily select coffee cherries from our farm in Jajarkot. We explore various processing techniques-ranging from extended fermentation to slow drying under carefully controlled temperatures-to create optimal conditions for healthy microbial activity. This approach brings out unique characteristics in the coffee beans, resulting in diverse and distinctive flavor profiles in the final cup.
