This coffee is part of an ongoing experiment in processing, shaped by a unique collaboration with a smallholder family in Panchakanya, Nuwakot, a village nestled at 1100 to 1250 meters above sea level. When we first connected in 2025, their coffee plants were nearly abandoned and hope was fading. Together, we began reviving the plantation, reintroducing care and intention to the process. Using our evolving hybrid method - where the balance between pulp and parchment is still being explored - we processed this lot with patience and curiosity. It now stands as part of our Sakura Series, symbolizing a quiet bloom of hope and the beginning of something new.
